10 exact cuts (Henry EVANS) – Magic

One spectator shuffles a deck of cards and another spectator simply names any of the four suits. The magician retrieves the package and then quickly cuts into 10 batteries. Surprisingly, the first package is counted and found to contain only one card. The second pack contains two cards, the three thirds and so on, all the way to the last pack containing exactly 10 cards.

The top card of each pack lights up (remember that the cover was cheered by a spectator at first), and assuming the viewer chose Spades as the suit, the first card is the Ace of Spades. The card at the top of the second pack is that of the two pads, at the top of the third pack are the three of the blades and so on in the rest of the packages.

The Ace through ten of the blades are set aside and the cover is reassembled. The Eyebrow Jack is located at the top of the deck and the Queen and the Eyebrow King are located at the bottom.

The cover is cut again, this time into three piles, shown to each contain the thirteen cards of the remaining suits, in numerical order.
