The magician shows the face of a card and places it on the table as his «prediction». Then, from a miniature deck, a spectator chooses a card and the magician says that he thinks both cards will be the same. But, when the chosen thumbnail card is displayed, it does not match. Conversely, the magician places the small card over the face of his prediction card, and asks a spectator to keep both in his hands. The magician removes a lighter and passes it under the hands of the spectator. When your hands are opened, the cards have magically merged into one. The promise that the two cards would be «the same card» was fulfilled.
