The Rope of the Fakir – Illusionist Wizard Trick with Staff – 016

Present to the public a rope 90 cm long and 15 mm in diameter. It looks quite normal, and to prove it you can wrap it around your hand. Take it at both ends and tension horizontally. Begin an enchantment ritual until the string is bewitched.
It is time to release one of the tips: the rope only holds up at the other end but stays straight and rigid. Even when you spread a handkerchief over the rope, it stays straight.
With a click of the fingers, the rope becomes flexible again.
